Research STORIES
Key findings from user interviews, combined with data analysis, drove the design of a new ad building product for a creative software at a B2B SaaS company.
Findings from a survey informed an evaluative research project with usability testing on user experience of trip planning with Google Maps. Personal research project at UC Berkeley Extension.
